Canadian basketball star Randy Nohr comes on the podcast to join Denny for episode 100! Thank you to all our listeners who have supported us along this journey.
Randy won two CCAA national championships at Langara, two consecutive titles with St Francis Xavier, numerous MVPs, is a CCAA all-Canadian, CCAA Hall of Famer, played professionally in Europe then moved to assistant coach at UBC after his playing career was done. A true winner, Randy is now in the alcohol distribution world and is the head man at five pubs and four liquor stores.
Randy and Denny talk about COVID's impact on the pub/liquor distribution world, difficulties paying pub leases, what the future of pubs and restaurants will look like, winning in basketball, how success in basketball has transferred to the professional world, as well as some personal topics.
